Aurel Zarka, former head of the Vlora prosecution office, was dismissed from office by decision of the Special Appeals Chamber.
He was confirmed in office by the KPK, but the dismissal comes after his arrest for the sensational Toyota Auris case, which resulted in him influencing colleagues to favor the defendants for trafficking 3.4 million euros from Belgium.
