Actress Anila Bisha has sued the Council of Ministers, Apel Shpk Company, AKSHI and Prime Minister Edi Rama in the Administrative Court, claiming that she is being caused great harm by the use of her image.
The lawsuit comes after the actress's image was also used for the virtual minister Diella. According to her, the terms of the contract that she claims was signed solely for the use of the image as a virtual assistant for e-Albania services have been violated.
The actress requests that until the conclusion of the judicial review, her personal data, in this case her image and voice, not be used for the avatar of the Minister for Artificial Intelligence.
"The plaintiff will invest the court with the request to obtain a security measure for the claim, as she assesses that, as a result of the actions of the third party, she is being caused great, immediate and irreversible damage," the lawsuit states.
We recall that Minister Diella was introduced by Prime Minister Edi Rama at the Socialist Party Assembly on September 11, as part of the new cabinet.
