Former justice reformer Henrik Hoxhaj, partner in dozens of murders with Nuredin Duman, is continuing his confession at the Criminal Court of Kosovo in the process dubbed "Golden Bullet".
He confessed to the attempted murder of Lulzim Masha, owner of a private school in Tirana.
"I had an order from Nuredin Dumani for Masha's son, not for Lulzim. I don't remember the boy's name, but Nuredin showed me a photo, showed me the house, the school. We couldn't find the boy. I know that one of the Dizdari brothers was engaged to Masha's daughter. The groom left some properties in the name of his father-in-law and brother-in-law. The groom separated from the girl and they didn't return the money or properties. We couldn't find Masha's son, because he was living in Macedonia," declared Henrik Hoxha.
He stated that a price of 150 thousand euros was discussed for the murder of Lulzim Masha's son, while for Lulzim himself, 100 thousand euros.
"We kept Lulzim for almost a year, because we neglected him a little. That's why Sakati got involved, who would give us information if he entered Albania. Nuredini said that Masha's son was deceiving people in Macedonia. We waited for him, but he didn't come. Then we took measures to kill his father, so that the son would come to the funeral and kill him. Together with Skerdi (Skerdi Tase, a repentant justice official), we followed Masha several times on a motorbike. We followed her on the road she was on. For the incident, we used a tired "Golf 4". Nuredini found her. This is because we could be seen on a motorbike. For the incident, I used a manager I had at a bar in Tirana. I told him to let me know when you see this person, because he owes me money. He informed us. I went there with Skerdi Tase. I left Skerdi and myself settled somewhere where there were no cameras. Then I moved. I didn't hear the shot, "The weapon had a silencer," Henrik Hoxha further stated.
He told the court that he had a police radio and that he could hear everything that was happening.
"Skerdi and I met at the 21st. Skerdi told me, I shot him twice, but my gun jammed. I listened to the police communications on the radio, when they said 'a person like that, with Skerdi's characteristics'", declared the former convict.
(EVIDENCE CONTINUES)
