Vlora police reacted to the rape of lawyer Kujtim Cakrani on Tranballkanike Street. According to the police, the defense lawyer of former president Ilir Meta was attacked by two people who have not yet been identified. The lawyer is receiving medical attention in hospital, while the motives are being investigated.

At around 1:30 p.m., on the Trans-Balkan road, near a gas station, while refueling his vehicle, citizen KC, 55 years old, a lawyer by profession, was involved in a conflict with two still unidentified people.
The conflict, which is initially suspected to be related to the positioning of the vehicle at the supply point and the blocking of other vehicles, has escalated, and the two still unidentified people have physically assaulted citizen KC, who is receiving medical attention at the hospital.
The initial investigative actions have made it possible to identify the vehicle in which the two citizens fled. The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident, as well as to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
