Residents of the village of Baks-Rrjoll in Shkodra gathered near the Local Police Directorate, demanding the release of some of the residents who were escorted during the property protests. The protesters accuse the institutions of injustice in property issues and demand immediate solutions.
One of them stated that the residents have been treated unfairly and that they will not stop until they get their rights, mentioning the possibility of pursuing the cases in the courts and SPAK.
"They arrest us on the land, they go there as if we have taken it from them. We will come tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow, because we are within our rights. These criminals treat us as if we have taken their land. They block our cars, they have forged documents. We will not stop, and we will defend it in every way. We will turn to the courts, to SPAK. They catch them by the horns, they do not ask if they are old or young. It is not the state that we have, but those who have paid."
Another protester did not spare tears, emphasizing that the residents will not stop until they gain their right to the properties.
The situation remains tense, as residents continue to demand concrete answers from the authorities to their claims.
