
While the Constitutional Court convened again today on the case of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, and is expected to issue a decision, the Special Prosecution Office reacted on social media with a message, namely:
"SPAK acts independently and investigates cases based on evidence," the message posted on social media reads.
This is the third time the panel of judges has met in deliberations on the matter. At Tuesday's meeting, the judges failed to reach a final decision, requesting more time for deliberation.
