A surprise raid was conducted at Durrës prison. Dozens of officers from the General Directorate of Prisons raided the prison premises, where several politicians and high-risk individuals, including leaders of criminal gangs, are being held.
Sources indicate that checks are being conducted in several residential rooms and common areas, as there was information that there may be narcotics, phones or other prohibited items inside the institution.
