Lawyers across the country will return to court hearings on Monday.
Their return comes after the decision taken by the Chamber of Advocates to boycott court hearings from October 20 to 25 following the arrest of lawyer Ulian Barjami.
The exception to the decision was the hearings for determining security measures.
Ulian Barjami was arrested on October 18 after a confrontation in the Elbasan courtroom with prosecutor Gjergji Ceka. Barjami was arrested by Judicial Police Officers following allegations that the lawyer threatened the prosecutor in court after using the phrase 'I will deal with you personally'.
Lawyer Barjami was released from prison on the evening of October 20, while lawyers continued the boycott, which affected all levels of the judiciary, including the Constitutional Court.
