The person you see in the photo is Daniel Pepa, the 21-year-old who is wanted for the murder of 33-year-old Flori Paluçi in Manzë.
Pepa killed Paluçi after an argument in a coffee shop, after the waiter was told that the espresso machine was off and could not serve them.
Four people have been arrested by the police in connection with the incident that occurred the day before outside a bar in Manëz, where 33-year-old Flori Paluçi and 23-year-old Aranit Kurti were shot dead.
