The identities of the 4 people arrested after the massacre in Manëz, Durrës, have been revealed. Erald Cani, Ergi Kadiu, Taulant Beqja and Emirjan Beqja ended up in handcuffs. They are suspected of failing to report a crime.
The police have also revealed the dynamics of the crime, where at around 01:25 on 22.10.2025, in the outdoor environment of a bar in the village of Manzë, citizens Flori Paluci, 33, and Aranit Kurti, 23, were shot dead.
The investigations conducted so far have shown that citizen Daniel Pepa entered the bar and, for weak motives, had a verbal conflict with the bar's waiter and citizen Flori Paluci. (who was accompanied to the bar by several citizens, among them, the arrested Erald Cani). After the verbal conflict, citizen Daniel Pepa left the premises of the bar by vehicle, where he returned immediately afterwards, accompanied by the arrested citizen Ergi Kadiu and citizen AK. During the three citizens' attempt to enter the bar, citizen Flori Paluci came out of the bar and allegedly fired a gun on the ground. At this moment, citizen Daniel Pepa allegedly fired a gun at citizen Flori Paluci, who wounded him, and the latter fired a gun at citizens Daniel Pepa and Aranit Kurti (who allegedly punched citizen Flori Paluci in the face). As a result, citizens Flori Paluci and Aranit Kurti were killed.
