The Special Court has ordered the confiscation of seven properties of the 'Arable' category, with a total area of 15,028 m², located on the banks of the Drin River and in the village of Ishull Shëngjin.
According to an official announcement from the Police, this decision came after suspicions that these properties were acquired through criminal activities.
Police explain that of the confiscated assets, two are located on the banks of the Drin River, while five others are in the Shengjin Island area.

Lezhë/7 properties of the "Are" type are confiscated, with a total area of 15,028 m2, located on the banks of the Drin River and on Shëngjin Island.
Confiscation, pursuant to the decision of the Criminal Court, as it is suspected that the assets were obtained from criminal activity.
In implementation of the 2021 decision of the GjKKO, left in force by the decision of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime of 2022, specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the Lezha DVP, in cooperation with specialists from the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, confiscated 7 properties of the "Arre" type, with a total area of 15028 m2.
The seized properties are located 2 on the banks of the Drin River and 5 in the village of Ishull Shëngjin.
