Residents of the Rrjoll area continued their protest today near the Bashkim Ulaj resort construction site, opposing the project that they believe is robbing them of their property.
Even today, there have been tensions and clashes between protesters and police forces, who were present on the ground to guarantee the progress of the works and public order. Residents have stated that violence has also been exercised against them by employees of "Breçani Security", while accusing the state of protecting, according to them, "property occupiers".
On the other hand, 6 residents have been escorted to the Shkodra Police premises for further procedural actions, while one of them was injured in the hand. The protesters have warned that they will continue their opposition until the works are suspended, while the situation in the area remains tense.
