The Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has given another version of the SPAK subpoena that has arrived at the DP, for Berisha to testify about “January 21”. In an interview with News24, Noka said that the envelope that arrived was addressed only “to the Democratic Party”, so he added, it could not be opened by anyone.
"When they bring me the notice, why do they bring it with the name Flamur Noka? No letter with the name Sali Berisha has arrived at the DP headquarters. An envelope has arrived that says for the Democratic Party. When the letter for Flamur Noka arrives, no one else has the right to open it, but Flamur Noka. Is the party invited to SKAP? Do you know anything? No request has come, no notice. I have been to the party's SKAP several times. The summons has come with my name. It has not come for Sali Berisha's name. Mr. Berisha has declared that as soon as he is notified, he will go," said Noka.
The version of the Secretary General of the DP, besides being bordering on the ridiculous, also refutes the statement of his boss, who in a statement to the media said that the summons did not arrive at any address.
Noka also said that Prime Minister Edi Rama is responsible for January 21st, while adding that there was no order for the Republican Guard to shoot at the protesters.
