The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, also in his statement to the media, stood by his version of why he did not appear today at SPAK to testify about January 21.
Berisha said that SPAK has not officially sent him the summons.
"That document could have come to my office, to my house, by mail 5 times. It never came," Berisha said.
But contrary to what the DP leader claims, the summons has reached three of his addresses, at home, at the DP headquarters and at the Parliament. Even today, the Parliament stated that the DP parliamentary group has not withdrawn the SPAK summons.
