Former DP MP Dashnor Sula was officially introduced to the position of Chief Inspector General, at a ceremony where he was seated next to Minister Delina Ibrahimaj.
In his speech, Sula, to justify the lack of coherence in his public stances after turning from an accuser to an associate of Rama, stated that despite political confrontations with the prime minister, they have never been seen as enemies.
"Without a doubt, also with the minister and the prime minister. I find the opportunity at this moment, honestly, despite the fact that with the minister and former colleague Gjylameti and Prime Minister Rama we have been facing each other, we have never seen each other as enemies, but to take something forward for Albania," he declared.
Beyond Sula's statements, his actions show a lot and it is an irrefutable fact that there is no morality and character in Albanian politics, where ideals are sold in the blink of an eye and distortion is put at a price.
And this is most evident in figures like Dashnor Sula, who was a figure in the DP who held high the flag of oppositionism against, as he called it at the time, "the most corrupt government," while today, without a second thought, he turns into its collaborator.
His phoniness seems so slanderous that a few weeks ago, when his name was rumored to be taking this position, he went to the media to deny it, calling it an attack by his political opponents.
While today he officially takes office, sitting next to Minister Delina Ibrahimaj, who once raised questions about the apartment where she lived or demanded her resignation for the incident involving her husband.
But today, Dashnor Sula thinks that the government he entered to serve is the most corrupt in Europe and the prime minister he will answer to is the most corrupt of all time? Because until a few weeks ago, he had this opinion.
