Businessman Ramë Geci just appeared before SPAK. He stayed for about 20 minutes at the Special Prosecution Office, but it is not known for which case he was summoned.
The businessman is mentioned in the investigative file against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, where the latter, during communications with the former head of the ARA, Evis Berberi, writes that: "The PM asked me to meet Ram Geci."
Balluku is accused of abusing tenders worth millions of euros.

Following the investigation, from the review of the data of the expert report no. 195, dated 26.09.2024, of the “Blackberry” mobile phone, model “BBF100-6”, seized from citizen Evis Berberi, the communication dated 24.08.2021, on the “Whatsapp” application, where at 13:49, citizen Belinda Balluku sends citizen Evis Berberi the message: “KM asked me to meet Ram Geci”.
After this message, at 13:51, citizen Evis Berberi sends citizen Belinda Balluku messages on the "Signal Private Messenger" application, with the text: "He met her today. I'm dropping by the office because I met her an hour ago at the construction site, I did a lap around the entire ring road."
At 1:52 PM, Belinda Balluku: "I'm at home, in short, with a cold."
At 1:52 p.m., Evis Berberi: "Obobo."
At 1:52 PM, Belinda Balluku: "We'll take this to PR, I say. How much is PR?"
At 13:53, Evis Berberi: "15 ml, around 10 ml euros without VAT, 15 billion lek".
SPAK clarifies that in relation to the above conversations, the investigation results that the Albanian Road Authority on 15.09.2021 made the announcement for the procurement procedure with the object "Construction of Porto Romano Road, Durrës, Lot 3 (continued)".
In Bulletin No. 167, dated 22.11.2021, of the Public Procurement Agency, it results that for this procurement procedure, the notice on the evaluation of the offers of economic operators has been published, where it has resulted that the offer submitted by the company "Geci" sh.pk has been qualified.
