
Altin Ndoci, one of the most dangerous names in the criminal world in the country, escaped today from the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Durres. The 34-year-old was accompanied by three prison police officers for a medical check-up. According to the police, during his stay in the hospital, Ndoci asked to go to the toilet, hit the guard who was accompanying him and left the building.
It is reported that a luxury vehicle, a white Audi A7 with the license plate AA700RS, was waiting in the hospital parking lot, in which the perpetrators quickly fled towards the Spitalla area.
Who is Altin Ndoci?
Altin Ndoci is a name known to authorities for his involvement in murder, drug trafficking and robbery. Originally from Puka and residing in Tirana, he has been part of several investigations and arrests in cities such as Durrës and Fier.
Ndoci became publicly known after the confession of the justice collaborator, Nuredin Dumani, who stated that "Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela wanted to be killed". He is considered to have been recruited by Talo Çela and is accused in the SPAK file of supporting the perpetrators of the crime during the years 2020-2021, in connection with the murders of Dorian Shkoza, Anxhelo Avdia, Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia in Tirana, Durrës and Elbasan.
According to the police, Ndoci has close ties to criminal groups in the Puka area and is associated with people known for serious crimes, such as Arben Muço, arrested in an attempted armed robbery in Fier in 2018. He is also suspected of involvement in the incident where Xhuljan Sollaku was killed and Muço was injured.
Authorities' investigations have uncovered evidence related to Ndoc's criminal network, including abandoned cars, fingerprints and bloodstains, linking him to several violent events in Durrës and Tirana.
