The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, in cooperation with the Investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation and the General Directorate of the State Police, has completed the investigations and sent for trial to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, criminal proceedings No. 75 of 2022, against 20 persons, more specifically the defendants:
Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxha, Skerdi Tasi, Enver Diva, Besian Xhixha, Erion Alibej, Florenc Çekrezi, Elvis Koçi (Çaushllari), Ilirian Feci, Asllan Plaku, Ardian Uzuni, Altin Ndoci, Gentian Sharra, Agron Qoli, Petrit Qoli, Fatos Gosa, Agron Qafa, Agim Gjini, Xhulian Hoxha and Albert Pashaj, with the charges filed in the request for criminal offenses committed in the form of special cooperation of the structured group. criminal, “Structured criminal group” and “Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization” and provided for by articles 78, 79 point “d”, 79 point “dh”, 22, 80, 279, 278/1, 130/a, 139, 140, 152, 28/4, 244, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code, for the criminal facts cited below:

2. Premeditated murder of Filip Gjeloshaj on 05.02.2011 at around 22:00, on ''Siri Kodra'' street in Tirana, attempted;
3. Robbery of Lirak Bajraktari's property on 22.02.2011 at around 08:00 in the city of Elbasan;
4. Robbery of Skënder Rroshi's property on 28.04.2011 in neighborhood no. 4, Kavajë;
5. Premeditated murder of Elvis Dedaj on 05.06.2012 at around 17:58 in neighborhood no. 13, Durrës, at the entrance to the "Xhenova" Restaurant;
6. Robbery of Xhemali Liçi's property with a gun on 19.12.2012 in the "Kala" neighborhood of the city of Elbasan;
7. Theft of Hamit Haxhiu's apartment on February 11, 2013 at around 04:45'' in the Popullore neighborhood (Shijak);
8. Theft of Astrit Ademi's property on May 31, 2013 at around 15:10'' in the village of Marikaj (Vorë);
9. The premeditated murder of Fatmira (Habili) Dedaj on September 14, 2013 at around 13:30'' in neighborhood no. 4, in Durrës, in the garage of a building;
10. The premeditated murder of Arben Islam Çeta, on November 14, 2013, at around 22:00, in the parking lot of the bar restaurant ''Balla'', in Labinot-Fushë (Elbasan), which remained an attempt;
11. Theft of Hamdi's apartment Sharka on 20.04.2017 in the village of Polizhan (Berat);

15. Murder in aggravating circumstances of Andi Zylyfi and wounding of Ardi Uruçit on 13.12.2019, at around 18:36, on the national road Peqin-Elbasan;
16. Destruction with explosives of the property of Mustafa Subashi on 29.01.2020, at around 20:45, first floor of a residential building near the disco "Colombo", (Teuta sector), Durrës;
17. Domestic violence against his wife Blerta Bengasi, occurred on 30.01.2020, at around 11:30', on Mihal Grameno street, Tirana;
18. Murder under aggravating circumstances of citizens Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia, on 02.03.2020, at 19:00, in neighborhood 14, Durrës;
19. Murder under aggravating circumstances of brothers Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia on date 27.04.2020, around 16.35, at the vehicle market in Shën Vlash, Durrës;
20. Premeditated murder of Emiljano Ramazan on July 20, 2020, in the 28 Nëntori neighborhood, Elbasan;
21. Premeditated murder of Regis Runaj on July 29, 2020, at around 22:00, in the “Emin Matraxhiu” neighborhood, in the well-known place ''Belebej'', near the cemetery of the city of Elbasan;
22. Providing the conditions and material means to commit the murder of citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, before July 30, 2020, in Elbasan;
23. Premeditated murder of Bujar Çela, on September 17, 2020, at around 05:40, near the Bradashesh roundabout (Elbasan);
24. Destruction with explosives of Talo Çela's property on November 5, 2020, at around 04:20, in the village of “Katund i Ri”, Bradashesh Administrative Unit, Elbasan;
25. Providing the conditions and material means to carry out the murder of Indri Dokles in April/May 2022, in Tirana;
26. Premeditated murder of citizen Lulzim Masha, on 18.01.2022, at around 09:40, on “Hiqmet Buzi” street, near the Artificial Lake (Tirana), remaining in the attempt;
27. Active corruption of persons exercising public functions\ judicial police officer Leonard Palushi;
Also, the Special Prosecution Office has proceeded with the separation of criminal proceedings acts no. 75 and their numbering with no. 75/1 of 2023, within which investigations continue against other collaborators (whose names are registered in the criminal proceedings register) as well as for other criminal facts.
