New details have emerged from the attempted robbery of a Level 2 bank in the former Bus Park area. It is learned that the suspected perpetrator, citizen Bardhyl Fusha, entered the bank armed, accessed one of the cash registers and took a sum of money, but private police officers managed to neutralize him before he could leave.
Employees of the private physical security company locked the person in question inside the door of the FIBank branch, thus trapping him.
The 58-year-old attempted to make his move, firing a gun once at the floor, but the bank's windows were armored, as always happens in such financial institutions.
It was then the police who made his arrest possible.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. Police are currently at the scene.
