Sergej Hasanpapa, Suel Çela's "soldier", extradited

Sergej Hasanapapa is extradited from Belgium. He is accused of being one of the most notorious members of the gang led by Suel Çela. There was an arrest warrant for Hasanapapa signed by SPAK.

Sergej Hasanpapaj is suspected of the murder of Bledar Muça in Belgium in 2022. Muça was Ardian Çapja's right-hand man.
