Durrës police crack down on a prostitution ring.
Three Chinese nationals were arrested after they rented an apartment in neighborhood no. 13, Plazh, and adapted it to practice prostitution.
Chinese nationals:
MY, 41 years old, JB, 43 years old and LH, 47 years old are suspected of the criminal offenses of
"Prostitution" and "Adapting premises for prostitution".
Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated at large for the criminal offense of "Prostitution", for citizens A. Gj., O. Ll., VN, AK and AG.
The investigations conducted revealed that the 3 Chinese nationals had rented an apartment in neighborhood no. 13, Plazh, Durrës, and had adapted it for the practice of prostitution.
During the search of the apartment premises, the following were found and seized as material evidence: 3 passports of Chinese citizens, a sum of money suspected of being obtained from prostitution, 8 mobile phones and 11 bank cards from the Republic of China and the United Arab Emirates.
