New details emerge regarding the arrest of the two sons of former Miss Albania, Valbona Selimllari.
Selimllari's two sons, Deni and Kejni Selimllari, aged 21 and 18 respectively, were arrested in the early hours of this morning (October 4), after punching a police officer.
Then, during their escort to Police Station No. 2 in Tirana, they caused a commotion. The two brothers broke the security cameras and damaged the door of the police station, while threatening the police officers who were there.
But how did the whole incident start with the two sons of Selimllari who ended up in handcuffs?
Sources for News24 indicate that Deni and Kejni Selimllari were in a nightclub in the popular Blloku area of the capital, in a drunken state. The young men had started shouting and causing a ruckus inside the bar, disturbing customers and staff.
The waiters were then forced to throw them out because of their inappropriate behavior. But even after they were thrown out, the situation did not calm down. The boys continued to make noise, shout and insults in the street.
At that moment, a police officer approached and tried to calm them down, but was confronted with violent behavior from the youths. According to reports, they insulted and then punched the police officer. The patrol of Police Station No. 2 was immediately called, which intervened and escorted the youths to the police station premises.
But even there, their behavior continued to be violent. They broke a security camera, damaged the door of the escort room, and threatened police officers.
