SPAK uncovered a massive scheme to alienate properties on the coast by a criminal group led by Aleksandër Laho and uncovered the murder of Edmir Bregu, which was allegedly ordered by Astrit Avdyli, the head of the Avdyli criminal group based in Shijak.
