Democratic Party MP, Xhelal Mziu, appeared this Friday at SPAK headquarters.
This appearance follows a lawsuit filed in June of last year by the SP MP in Debar, Agron Malaj, who accused Mziu of the criminal offense of "defamation" committed in public.
The lawsuit relates to a public statement made by Mziu the day before the May 11 parliamentary elections.
On May 10, in the Maqellara area, Democratic Party sympathizers stopped a vehicle, claiming that the people inside were distributing money to buy votes in favor of the Socialist Party.
