Shkodra Police have provided details regarding the accident that occurred yesterday evening on the "Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës" road axis, where a 17-year-old lost control of the vehicle he was driving and crashed into the surrounding wall of a house.
It is reported that the 17-year-old is at the Trauma Hospital to receive specialized medical assistance, while his 23-year-old brother, who was a passenger in the vehicle, is at the Shkodra Regional Hospital, out of danger.
"Following the preliminary information provided last night, regarding the accident on the "Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës" road axis, we inform that the specialists of the Road Traffic Sector have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against the 17-year-old minor, after, while driving a vehicle, he is suspected of losing control of his vehicle and going off the road, colliding with the surrounding wall of a house.
As a result, the 17-year-old was injured, who was taken to the Tirana Trauma Hospital for more specialized treatment, and his brother, citizen FG, 23 years old, who is in the Shkodra Regional Hospital, out of danger to his life," the police announced.
