The show "On Target" has revealed other details about the assassination attempt that occurred a few days ago in Rinas, where Gilmando Dani, Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man, and his companion, Muçi Shaljani, lost their lives.
In the show's investigation, the connections between rival criminal groups have become clear, while it is revealed that the main clues regarding the massacre are revenge by the Troplini of Durrës over the fact that Dani may have imposed a fine on them, or revenge by Durim Bami for past events.

But what are the clues that the investigative group has stopped at in the investigation of the murder of Gilmando Dani and his late friend, Muçi Shaljani?
What were Gilmando Dani's clashes with other rival groups?
And did Nikla give approval for his execution? Is the base of the arsenal of weapons found in the apartment of citizen Ylli Zalla, in the village of Zall in Fushë-Krujë, the base from where the riflemen who eliminated Gilmando Dani were supplied and went out to shoot?
Ylli Zalla, who had previously served a similar sentence for illegal possession of weapons after multiple firearms were found in his apartment, was not found there after the last search of the apartment.
"As part of the 'Tracking' operation, the Tirana Police have found an entire arsenal of weapons in the apartment of citizen Ylli Zalla, a problematic character with a criminal past. The 48-year-old is suspected of having played an auxiliary role in securing the weapons that were used in the serious crime in the assassination attempt that took place in Rinas, where Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani lost their lives. During the search, landmines with mobile phones, weapons, TNT, automatic weapons and rifles were found," the Tirana Police declare.
But which were the first apartments searched by the police and why did the investigative group focus on the "strongmen" of Nikla and Vlora, specifically the brothers Valter and Durim Bami?
Gilmando Dani, who, as we said, had many open accounts, was sentenced by the Albanian justice to 12 years in prison for extortion against the businessman of the company "Ylvi Beqja" in Tirana as part of the Emiljano Shullazi gang. He was accompanied by other serious criminal events, while he survived two mafia assassinations in 2011 and 2015. Dani was released from prison only a year ago, in October 2024.
Meanwhile, the leader of his criminal group, Emiljano Shullazi, is in prison. In addition to being sentenced to 14 years in prison for extortion, he is also being tried for the murder of citizens Vajdin Lamaj and Artan Arsi in February 2005.
While there is a security measure against him for the charge of providing the conditions to kill Marklen Haka.
Emiljano Shullazi's group has several open conflicts with the group of Marklen Haka and Durim Bami, known as the "strongmen" of Nikla, as well as with the Troplini clan in Durrës.
"Regarding the incident in which Gilmando Dani and citizen Muçi Shaljani lost their lives, searches were conducted in the homes of brothers Xhuljan and Lefter Kullaj, Ervin Kodra, Valter Bami, Gentian Koçi, brothers Edison and Fatmir Bami, and Zyber Bami. No illegal items were found in the searches conducted in the homes of these citizens.
Meanwhile, citizens Valter Bami, Gentian Koçi and Zyber Bami were not found in the apartment, while citizens Xhuljan and Lefter Kullaj, Ervin Kodra, Edison and Fatmir Bami were escorted to the premises of the Tirana Local Directorate. Additional factors of the shooting were taken and the relevant decisions for conducting a chemical expertise were compiled,” the investigative file states. But why does the investigative group suspect that Durim Bami is behind the assassination attempt in Rinas, where the target was Gilmando Dani? And is this related to the failed assassination attempt that occurred in January 2015 in Qafë e Kasharit, where Emiljano Shullazi and Gilmando Dani were shot in an organized ambush, while they were returning from Fushë-Kruja towards Tirana, after the announcement that their friend Pajtim Serjani had been shot on the Kavaja road?
The assassination attempt five years later was followed by that against Durim Bami in Tapizë, Fushë-Krujë, where his cousin, Ervin Kodra, was injured.
But only the conversations on Sky ECC began to reveal the fluid alliances between criminal groups and who had already turned adversary. As well as those between former socialist MP Arben Ndoka, who provided information from Emiljano Shullazi regarding Durim Bami's movements.
Information that Ndoka and his family clan needed for how to execute Durim Bami. Ndoka, who had lost his brother in an assassination attempt, is said to have taken Gentjan Bejtjan and Naim Stafuka, respectively the friend and brother of the missing Enver Stafuka, whose fate is still unknown.
They suspected that Durim Bami was involved in his disappearance, which is why they sided with Ndoka, who called for help in the murder of the "strongman of Nikla" and Astrit Avdyli, the "strongman" of Shijak, who at that time was in prison after being arrested as part of the "Volvo 4" operation and was involved in wiretapping with the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako, in the sensational "339" file.
Arben Ndoka, according to SPAK, collaborated with Aldo Avdyli, the nephew of Astrit Avdyli, for the murder of Durim Bami.
Aldo Avdyli took refuge in Lezha, in premises provided by the former MP, and would come into play when necessary to execute the "strongman of Nikla". The plan was for Durim Bami's brother, Valteri, to be taken hostage. Along the way, Arben Mërkuri, known as "Maneci", killed in 2022 in Durrës, also came into play, who would play the role of the executioner.
While Gjin Ndoj, whose murder was ordered by Martinaj, would have the role of Durim Bami's observer. Ndoka also made a pact with the Bajrat of Shkodra, specifically with Behar Bajri Brajovic, that if Durim Bami went to their house, "they were ready to tear him apart." But impatient to finish the job, Arben Ndoka sought hired killers in Kosovo as well.

The latter, even though he is in prison, uses not only a cell phone, but also Sky ECC.

In conclusion, despite numerous leads, open conflicts, and shifting criminal alliances, it still remains difficult to understand who fired the gun at Gilmando Dani in Rinas.
And whether the assassination was an old revenge or a direct blow to cut off Emiljano Shullazi's left right arm outside the cell.
