SPAK sets November 19 as the date for Sali Berisha's questioning for January 21. The former Prime Minister was summoned on Friday and was informed this Monday as he appeared for the mandatory appearance measure.
Berisha later requested a postponement because, according to him, he is abroad, but the prosecution did not postpone it but brought the date closer.
The leader of the Democratic Party will give his testimony about the killings of 4 protesters on January 21, 2011 during the opposition protest in front of the prime minister's office.
