A serious incident has been recorded in a kindergarten in Tirana, where a teacher is suspected of having abused a child.
The minor's parents have reported the case, stating that the educator slapped their child. After the complaint, the police referred the materials to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, which has launched an investigation against citizen ED, 28 years old.
