In the trial at the GJKKO, dubbed the "Golden Bullet", there were strong debates between SPAK prosecutor Behar Dibra and the lawyer of the defendant Altin Ndoci, who escaped from the regional hospital in Durrës in January 2026. The debate arose after SPAK presented the Sky ECC communications between the defendants as new evidence in the trial.
"There is no reason to use them in this trial. Sky ECC minutes for some people who are not in this trial, but who have been separated. We ask this court to ask SPAK to make available to us the CDs received from the French authorities for the principle of discovering the truth. We ask the court to ask the prosecution if they have identified a pin code or what kind of terminology they use for the SKY ECC of citizen Altin Ndoci, and for any criminal fact that charges him for the murder of Andi Zylyfi. Make those pins available to us, specifically the CDs that the prosecution has received from the French. With the good will to trust the prosecution, we have the right to verify and follow the contradiction, not to bring emails with a state. We specifically want the evidence", said the lawyer.
She raised suspicions of concealing evidence. "The claim and statement that you say we have concealed evidence is not true, there is no concealment of evidence. If it has not been brought, we will bring it," the prosecutor said.
Lawyer Elda Zotaj replied: "If you have hidden it, why are you bringing the evidence or are you afraid that you are inside. If you have nothing to hide, bring the evidence". "I am unclear, the repentant Nuredin Dumani has been arrested, have the tests on his phones been completed. Why haven't they been brought? You have become like a Turkish soap opera. We are no longer understanding what is happening. I am talking about the investigative actions carried out, I have the right to request the evidence", said Ndoc's other lawyer. Given these debates, the court adjourned the session and postponed the process to March 3.
