SPAK's investigations into controversial businessman Klodian Allajbeu appear to have entered an advanced phase. Nearly 20 days ago, BKH investigators conducted checks on Allajbeu's companies of the "American Hospital", through which he has won millions of euros in concessions in the healthcare field.
But the businessman, who is being investigated for a number of criminal offenses, and his associates, as well as his partners and former partners, have turned to the Special Court and are demanding the return of the seized items. These are 9 requests filed with the Special Court by Klodian Allajbeu, his confidante Onejda Ymeraj, the American Hospital company, Sokol Ramizi, the Laboratory Networks company, Arbër Teqja, Osvelda Qafa, the Labopharma company and the Pegasus company.
All applicants oppose SPAK's seizures and demand the return of items such as cell phones, computer equipment, documents, etc. SPAK suspects that the American Hospital and businessman Klodjan Allajbeu are behind the Laboratory Concession.
By order of Dorina Bejko, a personal search of Allajbeu, Osvelda Qafës, who turns out to be the head of financial operations at the American Hospital, as well as Onejda Ymeraj and her husband Arbër Teqja, has been ordered. The requests of Allajbeu, other individuals and companies will be reviewed by the preliminary investigation judge Elsa Ulliri.
