SPAK announced the claim and requested a sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison for Majlinda Bufi, mayor of Roskovec.
The Special Prosecution Office requested that Bufi be found guilty on the charge of "using public office for political or electoral activity."
Due to the summary trial, the requested sentence is reduced to 1 year.
The mayor does not risk going to prison because in the end, SPAK requested the suspension of the sentence and her being placed on probation for 2 years.
