The Shkodra Prosecution Office has completed the investigations and sent to trial the two brothers AH and KH, accused of the premeditated murder of Ramazan Mataj, an event that occurred on January 5, 2024 in Postribë, Shkodra.
They are also charged with four other criminal offenses, including illegal possession of weapons and obstructing the discovery of the truth.

The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra has completed the investigations and is sending two brothers, citizens AH and KH, to trial, accused of five criminal offenses.
In the framework of the investigations into the incident that occurred on 05.01.2024, at around 07:15 in the place called 'Dragoç', administrative unit Postribë, Municipality of Shkodër, a Macedonian citizen was shot dead in his vehicle.
In relation to this event, after investigative and procedural actions were carried out, to fully clarify the circumstances and motive, at the conclusion of the investigations, the brothers, citizens AH and KH, were taken as defendants, who are accused of committing the criminal offenses of 'Premeditated murder', committed in collaboration, 'Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition', 'Disturbing public peace', 'Providing conditions to commit murder' and 'Acts that impede the discovery of the truth'.
