Vullnet Muça, the brother of Aleksandër Laho alias Rrumi, testified in the trial against Plarent Dervishaj and Julian Meçe, accused of organizing the assassination attempt on the Shkozet overpass on November 1, 2019. Rrumi and former prosecutor Arjan Ndoj were injured in the assassination attempt, while the victim was the driver Andi Maloku. Vullnet Muça was arrested by order of SPAK on charges of alienating property in Durrës as part of a structured criminal group. SPAK accuses his brother Rrumi, who survived the 2019 assassination attempt, as the leader of the group, and has declared him wanted.

Vullnet Muça: In 2019 I lived in Sukth. I don't know the defendants. I heard the name Plaurenti. Aleksandër Laho is my brother. In 2019 he was injured. I saw the news on TV. Later I learned that he was in the car with Andi Maloku and Arjan Ndoj.
When I went to the hospital, it hit us like a bomb that we had no conflict with these parties. My brother is almost an invalid today. He says they shot us from behind, and a bullet hit him in the head, so he doesn't remember anything. The doctors say he suffered trauma. We tried to find out the truth, that we have no connection with these people. The state has the most detailed information. I met Arjan Ndojë 2-3 times and he told me to give it time, because we didn't know where he had come from. We know Andi Maloku's family as fellow villagers.

Vullnet Muça: They gave me some documents. I was arrested for some messaging work, property work. I did not deal with property forgeries. These are suspicions, it is not proven. I know Plaurent Dervish as a citizen of Durrës, as a criminal contingent. From the rumors it is said that there was a criminal group, but it did not interest me at all.
