The Constitutional Court decided this Thursday to unblock the mechanism of renewing the court every 3 years by 1/3 of its members. In this way, the way has been opened for the president to declare the vacancy for the mandate of Sonila Bejtja. Bajram Begaj set the court in motion by requesting clarification of the date of commencement and termination of the duties of constitutional judges.
