The former Durrës prosecutor Arjan Ndoj, his friend Aleksandër Laho, known as Rrumi, were injured in the attack, while the victim was Andi Maloku, Arjan Ndoj's driver.
Beqir Boja has attempted reconciliation between the Rraja family, where Redian Rraja has been sentenced to life imprisonment as an executor, and Genci Malokut, the father of the victim Andi Maloku.

In 2019 I lived in Kamëz. I was the chairman of the Zallherr commune council. I was involved with the blood reconciliation commission.
Asllan Rraja, asked me to negotiate with the family of Genc Maloku. He asked me to negotiate for his son Redian Rraja. I asked the Rraja family if they have any connection to this event, they have sworn in the Quran that we have no connection to the murder of Andi Maloku.
We waited for Gencin Maloku, the victim's father, because he wasn't at home. I told him that Asllan Rraja's family sent us.
Maloku told us that according to Albanian rules, you have three months to see how the whole thing will go.
We had a second meeting. Genci emphasized that his son was killed innocently on the street. We asked him to wait until we see what justice has to say, since Asllani has not been able to contact the son to get information. He will continue to seek other justice. We asked him again for a 3-month deadline, he did not accept this time and we set a later date. This was the last meeting, after that we did not meet again.
