After the scandal that occurred on the premises of IKMT, where Fatmir Meta, director of the execution of decisions, was raped, Chief Inspector Afrim Qendro has taken administrative measures by dismissing Klesti Çela, Ergys Agas's brother-in-law, from his post.
Çela, along with three other armed men, is suspected of raping Meta after a conflict that arose between them over the land issue. The incident, which shocked the institution, was reported as a violent clash that culminated in violence against the leader.
The Center has also dismissed Elgerti Bixha, who held the position of advisor to the Chief Inspector. According to the data, Bixha's brother is included in the AKSHI file, where according to SPAK a criminal group within this institution is suspected of kidnapping businessmen and forcing them to withdraw from public tenders.
Elgerti Bixha owns 50 percent of the shares of the company "Ecoclean" (formerly "Albdrilling Green"), 50 percent of the shares of the company "Fortis Inert" and also 50 percent of the shares of "A2G Construction & Development".
According to reported investigations, the criminal group was allegedly led by Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri, who are on the run.
The incident at IKMT and subsequent developments raise questions about the connections and influences that extend beyond an internal administrative conflict, while the reaction of law enforcement institutions is awaited for the continuation of the investigations.
