Former President Ilir Meta has filed a new request for the revocation of the security measure of imprisonment. The hearing for the review of this request has been scheduled for September 19 by the judge of the preliminary hearing, Irena Gjoka.
Ilir Meta is a defendant and is expected to face justice on several charges such as corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets, along with his ex-wife, ex-mother-in-law and two other associates.
