A person has been arrested after posing as the driver of the SPAK chancellor, in an attempt to obstruct an inspection of illegal construction. The incident occurred during an inspection by the IMT, where official sources indicate that Romario Ibraliu had built an apartment without a permit.
When IMT inspectors went to verify the documentation and conduct the relevant check, Ibraliu attempted to prevent them by threatening them and telling them that he worked as a driver for the SPAK chancellor.
After verifications were carried out, it was confirmed that Ibraliu had never had an employment relationship with SPAK. He was immediately arrested, while a report was filed with the prosecutor's office regarding the illegally constructed building, and further investigative procedures are expected to be followed.
