The Special Court ordered the mandatory accompaniment of businessman Luan Mata to give his testimony in the trial against Plarent Dervishaj and Julian Meçe, accused of the 2019 assassination attempt on the Shkozet overpass where Andi Maloku was killed, while former prosecutor Arjan Ndoj and his friend Aleksandër Laho, known as Rrumi, currently on international wanted list, were injured.
Luan Mata is the father of the much-wanted Ervin Mata, the latter known as the "Boli" of cocaine, declared internationally wanted by SPAK.
Businessman Mata is expected to testify regarding the TNT attack on his business, specifically the explosion that occurred at the Victoria Hotel.
