Former Deputy Director of Hipoteka, Enis Hoxha, appeared before SPAK today. It is learned that Hoxha is the brother-in-law of former Deputy Prime Minister, Arben Ahmetaj.
The reasons for his appearance at the Special Prosecution Office are unknown.
Meanwhile, Arben Ahmetaj is on the run, while SPAK is seeking his arrest. There are several open cases against Ahmetaj, such as the incinerators, but also the issue of the privatization of the flour factory.
SPAK has indicted the former number two in the government for the criminal offense of "Abuse of office".
