The standards that are slipping away from the Constitutional Court…
Our Constitutional Court is not simply the only court in the country that takes more than 40 days to rule on a security measure, jeopardizing the SPAK investigation, after temporarily reinstating a defendant.
It is also the only court to withdraw its decision without announcing a date for when it will issue its decision.
It is also the only court that has no spokesperson and no authority that communicates with the media.
Today is simply one more day that no one officially confirms on issues of public interest (like Balluku):
Have the judges gathered?
Will there be a decision?
Is this issue being addressed?
When will it be treated?
How can the institution that should guarantee the balance of powers be so mute, voiceless?
