Henrik Hoxhaj, a defendant in the "Golden Bullet" case, has confessed before the Special Court his acquaintance with the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani.
Hoxhaj previously lost his status as a repentant person. He is accused of several serious crimes.
The testimony
"I met Nuredin Duman at Festim Qoli's birthday party in 2020. We exchanged numbers. A few months later we met.
Nuredin was interested in meeting me.
"We communicated with encrypted phones, about some murders. He had received orders from Krymi. He told me there were some jobs to be done, are you interested? I said yes," said Hoxhaj.
He continued: "Nuredimi told me about two murders that were going to happen in Durrës. At first it was as a message from Krym, but then he presented them as his own problems.
I said I agree.
At the meeting we talked about the murder of Dorian Shkoza. It would be carried out for a fee. At first he proposed 70 thousand euros.
He found the tools and weapons. The driver was Elio Bitri, from Elbasan.
On the day of the incident, I went to Durres. I met at Nuredin's house in Durres. We left from there in a black car.
Elio was at the wheel, I was behind the driver. I had two guns, Elio had one.
Nuredin left with us. We went for a ride to the service station. When we passed by once, he wasn't there.
When we returned, he was there. He was accompanied by two people.
Elio told me: "Here they are." There were 3 people on the sidewalk.
I shot them with a gun from inside the car. One gun jammed, so I used the other.
One of them stayed in place. Dorian fell a little further. I said to him, are you Dorian? He said no. I asked Elion, is this him? He said yes. And I hit him.
One hit Elio too.
After the murder, I got in the car. I told him to leave me at Plepat. I had a car there. I got in the car with my hands in my pockets. The other car left and burned down at Bishti i Zhur.
According to him, Nuredin was behind them and saw the incident.
"He told me: 'The house turned out very well.'"
I received the payment for the event. But the 70 was split between me and Elios. I received 35.
"After this murder, I lived in Tirana. I wasn't hiding. Nuredini told me he got the money from Crimea," Hoxhaj declared.
