Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to the show "Opinion", has revealed details from yesterday evening's assassination attempt in Rrilë, Lezha.
Lala said that the two vehicles involved in the incident left in the direction of Fushë-Krujë and one of them turned out to have stolen license plates, however, there is still no trace of them.
The journalist stated that the genesis of the Nikulaj-Ndoka conflict is a conversation on Sky ECC in 2025. In August of last year, two members of the Nikulaj tribe attacked a motorcycle carrying two members of the Ndoka family.
Lala stated that the police are divided, one part with the Nikulaj tribe and the other with the Ndoka tribe. The journalist announced that in connection with the recent assassination, searches are being carried out in several hotels to find Gerardo Nikulaj.
"A conflict with the Lekstakaj tribe since 1994. The vehicles were headed towards Fushë Krujë, one of them with stolen license plates. The vehicles have been lost. The officer does not give any explanation, he says he does not remember.
The genesis of the conflict is a conversation on Sky ECC. In August 2025, two members of the Nikulaj family hit a motorcycle on which a member of the Ndoka family was riding. The police officers are some with the Nikulajs and some with the Ndokas. The police hid them for several hours, it is in the middle of the war.
"Checks are being carried out in several hotels to find Gerardo Nikulaj. There must be an investigation into the circumstances under which the police officer was found at the scene," Lala said.
