New details have emerged regarding the attack that took place in Rrilë, Lezha. According to sources, two vehicles, an Audi and a Volkswagen Passat, approached a barbershop, from which seven armed people got out, some of them with baseball bats.
As the group approached, a police officer inside the salon opened fire. The perpetrators then responded by firing about 30 bullets with a Kalashnikov, wounding citizen Sokol Daci, 30 years old.
After the incident, the two vehicles sped away in the direction of Fushë-Krujë. Sources from the investigation indicate that it is suspected that Ardian Nikulaj's nephew was also injured.
According to investigators, Sokol Daci was not the target of the assassination attempt, but was accidentally injured as a result of a collision between other people. Investigations are ongoing to identify and capture the perpetrators.
