Glories Nezaj, who is considered the key person connected to the weapons arsenal discovered in Tirana, has previous criminal records.
In 2023, he was arrested as part of the police operation codenamed "Client", in a bar on "Isuf Elezi" street. During the physical search, the police found weapons and ammunition. Earlier, Nezaj had also been arrested for threatening with a weapon.
Meanwhile, about 10 years ago, Klevin Çaushi was convicted along with his father for defrauding Flamur Ymer. The latter reported father and son, claiming that they had taken the sum of 252 thousand euros from him through notarial contracts, with the promise that they would invest it in the purchase of a factory in Bosnia. According to the report, the money was never returned.
Flamur Ymeri became well-known to the police and public opinion at that time, after the shooting death of two young men, Adnan Luli and Ervin Shaba, inside his apartment. For this incident, Ymeri was sentenced to 10 months in prison.
