Henrik Hoxhaj, a former justice minister, continued his testimony at the Special Court, providing details about the murders committed in Shënavlash, Durrës. He stated that the event was organized after Nuredin Dumani's suspicions that people connected to Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela were trying to attribute criminal events to him.
According to Hoxhaj, the target was Besmir Haxhia and the execution was carried out during the pandemic, with the participation of himself and Nuredin Dumani, while the driver was Klevis Alla. They used firearms and disguised themselves in fake OFL uniforms. The attack took place in traffic, where fire was opened on the victims' vehicle.
Hoxhaj claimed that he had received 35 thousand euros for this murder and that he had not had direct communication with the person known as "Krymi". He added that after the arrest of Klevis Alla, Dumani had told him not to worry, and later he learned that Alla had mentioned Altin Ndoci and Talo Çela as the ones who ordered the event.

We left the house for lunch. In the shadows, when his car passed, our driver saw that he was with his brother. He told Nuredin that he was with his brother. Okay, he said, we'll kill them.
I followed them for a while. They were walking fast. Then they got stuck in traffic. We pulled over to the side and opened fire. I shot Nuredin and myself.
Nuredin got out of the car. I told him why he was leaving in vain, that they had run out. Nuredin shot but his gun jammed. Then his other one jammed too. Then I took the gun. I got out and shot him several times. I shot the driver.
The driver took us to Nuredin's car and we went to Tirana. We threw the hoods in Vora. We left the weapons in the car, which the driver took.
