The ex-girlfriend of Elvis Deda, who was killed in Durrës, confessed to the Special Court in the trial against the defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case. Festim Qoli is accused of ordering the murder of Elvis Deda and his mother Fatmira, while Henrik Hoxha is accused of being one of the executioners.
"I met Elvis in March 2012, through a friend who knew Festim Qolin. He had just returned from the Netherlands and together with Festim they opened a gas station in Shkozet. On the day of the event, he brought me to Tirana because I had exams. He picked me up later and brought me back home to Durrës.
At that time, I remember that Ervis was worried about the fuel. Because he wanted to put it in his mother's name, while they had put it in Festim Qoli's name.
I met Ervis' mother on the day of the funeral, I had never had contact with her before.
"Ervis and Festimi clashed over fuel and from that moment on their relationship was never the same," said witness PM.
After the murder of Ervis Deda, the criminal group led by the hired killer Nuredin Dumani also killed his mother, Fatmir Deda.
