Former AKSH number two Hava Delibashi has addressed the Special Court with a request to replace the security measure. Delibashi is currently under house arrest as she is suspected of being part of the criminal group led by Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri.
The request is expected to be reviewed by special judge Flojera Davidi.
Investigations have revealed that fugitive businessmen Agasi and Beqiri ordered the kidnapping of rivals in order to force them to withdraw from AKSH tenders. One of the businessmen suspected of being kidnapped is Gerond Meçe of the ABS company.
