Dozens of tires were burned this afternoon under the Milot Bridge, creating thick clouds of black smoke that are visible even from the main road in the area.
Footage shows severe air pollution, with black smoke spreading throughout the surrounding area.
So far, there have been no reports of intervention by the responsible institutions, while it remains unclear who is behind the burning of these tires.
