The High Judicial Council puts on the agenda the case of special judge Irena Gjoka. The General Prosecutor's Office, after conducting an in-depth investigation, informed the High Judicial Council that the decision of the court of Ioannina, Greece, is authentic. According to the decision, Gjoka is convicted of using a forged visa. The judge did not declare this conviction in the decriminalization form. The High Judicial Council must decide today whether Irena Gjoka is in the conditions for being banned from exercising the duties of a judge.
